The Challenge

Talkbase is growing fast and was ready to introduce their first pricing model. 

The team had worked hard to define a pricing strategy that makes sense for their buyers. Yet, launching it was only the beginning for Talkbase. In order to continuously match their pricing to their buyers, they also wanted to have a way to monitor usage and stay agile to make changes on the fly, without going through long development cycles.
